SUP（站立式桨板），起源于夏威夷的冲浪运动，冲浪者利用划桨可以划得更远，作为一种新兴类水上运动，经衍生转变为当今流行的、时尚亲水运动，受到越来越多的运动爱好者的喜爱。

SUP （Stand-Up Paddling），started form surfing in Hawaii. Surfers could use paddles to move farther. As an emerging type of water sports, it was derived into the current popular, fashion and water sports, and was liked by more and more sports enthusiasts.

活动位于浙江省淳安县境内的千岛湖。1959年，新安江水库建成，巍巍大坝将新安江上游拦截成一个烟波浩渺的巨大的湖泊。连绵的崇山峻岭淹入湖中成为大小岛屿，共1078个，故名“千岛湖”。千岛湖水域面积575平方公里，蓄水量178亿立方米。

郭沫若诗曰：“西子三千个，群山已失高，峰峦成岛屿，平地卷波涛。”

千岛湖融浩荡的江湖气概，幽邃的峡谷风光和丰富的人文古迹于一体，以山清、水秀、洞奇、石怪而著称。放舟湖上，如入琉璃明镜。除了碧水，就是数不清的岛屿。有的像腾舞的青龙，有的似跃然而起的烈马；时而双峰对峙，时而锦屏挡道，船到跟前，峰回路转，蓦然又是一番浩瀚天地。“一镜天开浮碧玉，两峰云净山青莲”，身心如同被摄入了缱绻的梦境。

The activity is in Qiandao Lake in Chun'an County, Zhejiang Province. In 1959, the Xin'anjiang reservoir was completed, and the towering dam intercepted the upper reaches of Xin'anjiang into a vast lake. There are 1078 large and small islands submerged in the lake, so it is called "Qiandao Lake". Qiandao Lake has a water area of 575 square kilometers and a water storage capacity of 17.8 billion cubic meters.

Guo Moruo said in his poem: "there are 3000 Xizi, the mountains have lost their height, and the peaks have become islands, rolling flat."

Qiandao Lake integrates the vast Jianghu spirit, deep canyon scenery and rich cultural relics. It is famous for its clear mountains, beautiful water, strange caves and strange stones. Put the boat on the lake, like a glass mirror. In addition to the clear water, there are countless islands. Some are like dancing green dragons, some are like leaping horses; Sometimes the two peaks confront each other, and sometimes the golden screen blocks the way. When the ship comes to the front, the peaks turn and the road turns. Suddenly, it is a vast world. "A mirror of the sky floating Jasper, two peaks of cloud clean mountain green lotus", physical and mental like being absorbed into a romantic dream.
